So Recently I have made some new friends. Among them A new gym partner! His name is Tony. Tony, James and I are starting a new workout routine. Starting at 5am we do 30 minuets of cardio and then we move on to lifting for two particular muscle groups, each group getting two workouts a week.
Today was the first day of this craziness and it was pretty awesome. We ran/biked around 5 miles. Then started off with our "Limbs" Workout consisting of arms and legs. It was an awesome work out and I feel great! We discovered that we also will have time for a good stretching session before or after workouts with the time it took us today.
Oh and did I mention we are doing this six times a week! This will be awesome! Prepare for a new Ben by Christmas.
